Join us from October 13 to 15 for our Fall board meeting and alumni retreat at Camp. The board meeting will take place on October 14.

Description

Enjoy the beautiful autumn weekend with fellow Rising Sun alumni. Join us at Camp from October 13 to October 15 for the 2017 Fall board meeting and Alumni Retreat. The board meeting is scheduled for October 14. The weekend starts on Friday at 6 PM and ends on Sunday at 1 PM.

Any alumni under the age of 18 attending Fall Retreat, during the day and/or overnight without their parent or legal guardian being present, MUST submit THIS PERMISSION FORM as soon as possible.

Weekend-Schedule:

Friday:

6.30 Dinner followed by Board-games in the campers lounge

Saturday:

Breakfast followed by optional apple-picking at the near-by Cedar Heights Orchards

Board meeting at 10:30 am

Volunteer fall-projects

Dinner and Campfire

Sunday:

Breakfast followed by a trip to the farmers market in Rhinebeck
